We are proud to announce that NTC Derby’s work was formally acknowledged during today’s Derby City Council Cabinet meeting, which was streamed live.
During the session, it was confirmed that NTC Derby has secured £60,000 in funding to support the development of our new home at King George V Pavilion. This funding will help us expand our activities, deliver a wider range of programmes and create a vibrant, inclusive community hub for the people of Derby.
We extend our sincere thanks to all councillors for their continued support—especially those representing the wards of Blagreaves and Littleover:
Blagreaves Ward:
- Cllr Sara Bolton
- Cllr Hardyal Dhindsa
- Cllr Saquib Amin
Littleover Ward:
- Cllr Lucy Care
- Cllr Emily Lonsdale
- Cllr Ajit Awal
A special thank you to Cllr Hardyal Dhindsa for his kind remarks during the meeting, recognising the commitment and impact of NTC Derby within the community.
We are excited for what lies ahead as we continue to grow, collaborate and build a centre that truly serves the community.
Great plans ahead—this is just the beginning.
